4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • ₹96 for prepaid orders (online payment) all over India.

    • ₹200 for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

  • Only in cases of wrong or damaged products received, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery for resolution.
