  • We currently deliver across India.

  • For international shipping, please contact our customer care team before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery is available on all orders, unless otherwise stated.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, WhatsApp, or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

6. Shipping Partners

  • We work with reliable courier services such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, and others to ensure safe and timely delivery.

7. Delivery Address

  • Please make sure that your delivery address, pin code, and contact number are entered accurately at checkout.

  • Shiva Jewels is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.

8. Delivery Delays

In case of unexpected delivery delays:

  • We will proactively update you via phone, message, or email.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, a re-delivery attempt may be made.

  • If we are unable to deliver due to our error, you will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

9. Payment Modes

  • We accept prepaid payments via Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Wallets, and Net Banking through trusted gateways (Razorpay).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select pin codes and may include an additional handling fee.

10. Order Issues

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive at all:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery date.

  • Our team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue quickly.
